Slots are calculated from opening hours, staff rotas, service length and existing bookings. No double bookings.
Any-staff booking
Customers can pick a person or 'any available'; the system assigns the least-busy free team member.
Confirmations
Instant confirmation page, add-to-calendar file and WhatsApp share. Email/SMS/WhatsApp reminders plug in here.
Owner dashboard
Day timeline per staff member, appointment list, no-shows, utilisation and booked revenue.
Funnel tracking
Every step (service, staff, date, slot, form, booking) sends a GA4/GTM event. Open the tracking panel to watch.
